Tercoo® Models
Tercoo® rotating blasters are available in four different designs. For a perfect surface finish, it is important to choose the right product for your project. The larger the surface area, the more discs you need. To achieve the best results, it is important to choose the right Tercoo® disc depending on the specific coating and material to be treated. The Tercoo® Single, Double and Triple discs fit to a drilling machine with a speed of at least 3000 and up to 4000 rpm. The Tercoo® Multi 8-Pack is powered by a specially adapted polishing machine (230V, 110V or pneumatic). Each Tercoo® blasting disk is carefully designed and manufactured to provide optimal performance and durability. Following the manufacturer’s instructions and taking proper safety precautions is essential for successful surface treatment.

Tercoo® Single
Rotating blaster for spot repair. For corners and small areas, such as moisture blisters under paint or small rust spots etc. on boats and cars or cleaning for welding work.
Tercoo® Double
Rotating blaster for larger areas, such as a boat keel, larger rust spots on boats and cleaning for welding.
Tercoo® Triple
Rotating blaster on a drill machine for large areas, such as an underwater ship or an entire deck. Examples: underwater ship, waterline, deck, cleaning for welding, etc.
Tercoo® Protective hood with suction nozzle
Suitable for Tercoo® single, double or triple. With vacuum cleaner connection 26.8mm (Festool). The protective hood is mounted on the shaft of the blaster. The components are polycarbonate, stainless steel and anodized aluminum.
Tercoo® Protective hood with adjustable spacer
Suitable for Tercoo® Single, Double and Triple. Combination of protective hood with adjustable spacer.
Ideal combination for suction of contaminants and setting the correct depth. Achieves minimum pressure and significantly longer life of the Tercoo® rotating blaster.
Tercoo® Adjustable Spacer
Suitable for accurately removing gelcoat from polyester and determining proper depth. Also recommended on steel, so that minimal pressure is applied to the Tercoo® rotating blaster - significantly extending its life. Attaches to the neck of the drill machine. Parts are stainless steel, anodized aluminum, iron and plastic
Tercoo® Extraction hood Multi 8-pack.
Suitable for Tercoo® Multi 8-Pack in combination with a modified FEIN machine. Contaminants are easily extracted with this. With connection for extraction of contaminants.
Hose connection is 55mm (Nederman).
Parts are made of sheet steel.
Tercoo® Multi 8-pack.
Suitable for semi-professional and professional use in places where blasting is not allowed or impossible. The Multi 8-pack consists of 8 discs side by side on a hex shaft with M12 internal threads. The Tercoo® Multi-disks are individually replaceable. Fits the FEIN machine from our program, which is specially designed for Tercoo® Multi 8-pack discs.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Tercoo® rotating disc is an SBR natural rubber disc fitted with 12 tungsten carbide pins. These are fitted at an angle to the centre, causing them to move out by centrifugal force. Because the rubber disc is elastic, the tungsten carbide pins are retracted, creating a pendulum motion. That motion causes the pins to hammer on the surface. This removes all contaminants and coatings. No heat is generated by that hammering action, so materials such as tar, glue and sealant are also easily removed. This is in contrast to traditional grinding wheels or brushes, that work by friction. In short; no matter what the contamination, Tercoo® always cleans it!
